Refund policy

At Luna Renew, we stand by our products and want you to have a wonderful experience. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Unopened and unused products: We accept returns on full‑priced items purchased from our online store within 30 days of delivery, as long as products are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. To begin a return, please email us at info@lunarenew.com with your order number and details. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If preferred, we can provide a pre‑paid shipping label and deduct the cost from your refund. A $10 restocking fee also applies and will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Opened products: If you experience an issue with an opened or used product, please reach out to info@lunarenew.com with your order details and a description of the concern. While refunds for opened items cannot be guaranteed, we’ll review each case individually and may offer store credit or a refund at our discretion.

Damaged or wrong item: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at info@lunarenew.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue (a photo may be requested). We’ll happily send a replacement or issue a refund.

Damaged during return: Please pack items carefully when returning them. Unfortunately, products that arrive damaged during the return process are not eligible for a refund.
